Update to the To-Do List and Groups

Late last night we pushed a some changes to the live site.  Group leaders can now invite CalendarFly members to join their group, and we greatly expanded the To-Do list's functionality.

Now all items on the To-Do list are clickable, and when clicked, you go to a specific page for that task.  You can now add notes to a task, set milestones, and set their progress.
